Quality

Quality is a record, not a slogan: what was required, what was tested, what shipped, and what happened after.

Test against requirements

The factory test plan executes against numbered requirements, not a gut feeling. A system ships when the plan passes, and the results are kept.

Serialized records

800+ serialized units built, each with its build record, test results, service history, and engineering changes on file. When a unit comes back years later, its file comes out with it.

Fleet-wide software discipline

Firmware is versioned and released with published notes across the deployed fleet, so a fix reaches every unit that needs it and nothing forks quietly.

Warranty backed by the builders

Support calls land with the team that engineered and built the system, with its full record on the screen in the Equipment Portal.

Certifications

Certification work is stated as it stands: UL 508A, TUV battery energy storage certification, and Intertek UL 2200 evaluations are in process. Where a project requires a specific listing, that requirement is scoped into the program and stated in the quote, not assumed.

Ask for the record.

Bid evaluators are welcome to review the deliverable set and test methodology.
